Raúl Arroyo Hernández
Raúl Arroyo Hernández has a Law Degree from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and has a Master's Degree in Urban Planning Law and the Canary Islands Environment from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, completed in its fourth edition.
He is a practicing attorney at the Las Palmas Bar Association and specialized in the field of Administrative, Urban Planning, Tax, Real Estate and Procedural Law, with extensive experience in judicial proceedings in the contentious administrative and civil jurisdiction.
His professional career began in Gran Canaria as a lawyer in the multidisciplinary firm FIDENTIA, - in which he spent his entire career until the creation of MIRALAW, with Miguel Mendoza - where he intervened in the handling of procedures of various kinds, mainly, the tax procedure, in its different modalities, until its potential completion in the Administrative Litigation courts, as well as advising individuals in urban development in the different municipalities of the Island of Gran Canaria.
At the same time, he has gained vast experience in the foreign market in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, especially the Italian, British and German, collaborating in all kinds of foreign investment operations on the island, both in economic activity and in patrimonial nature.
Miguel Mendoza has a degree in Law from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Likewise, he is a specialist in Civil-Mercantile Mediation and holds a degree in International Maritime Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.
He has been a practicing lawyer with the Illustrious Las Palmas Bar Association since 2003, first on an employee basis, until in 2007 he established himself as the head lawyer of his own office. He is currently a partner of MIRALAW ABOGADOS & ASESORES with his partner Raúl Arroyo Hernández.
Since the beginning of his professional career, he has specialized in the civil and commercial area mainly, having also dealt with legal matters of a labor and criminal nature. Performance of the profession in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, with special repercussions in the field of civil procedure. The professional activity has been aimed especially at natural and legal persons directly or indirectly linked to the tourism sector that predominates in the context of the Canary Islands, this activity involving certain idiomatic and legal peculiarities in relation to the international characteristics of the firm's clientele.
He is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
